Vintage Engraved Bat Illustration PNG — Transparent Background, Free Download

Antique style engraving of a bat with fully spread wings, viewed from the front

About this PNG

Fine line engraving of a bat with detailed cross-hatching and delicate wing membrane linework, rendered in the classic style of a 19th century natural history plate. Ideal for Halloween designs, gothic decor, or vintage nature editorial use.

Prompt: “Antique nineteenth-century engraving of a bat with both wings spread wide, seen from the front, the wing bones and thin membranes drawn in fine lines. Fine black ink lines with dense cross-hatching, an even off-white paper colour filling the inside of the subject, no other colour, the look of an old encyclopedia plate. One single subject, whole and centred with empty space all around it, on a plain flat mid-grey background, evenly lit, with no gradient and no shadow on the background. No text, no letters, no numbers, no logos, no watermark, no frame, no border, no extra objects” — AI-generated, its background removed, and reviewed for quality before listing.

Editor's note (8.0/10): Closely matches the 19th century encyclopedia engraving brief with fine linework, only minor stylized anatomical flourishes that do not impact usability.
