Engraved Pointing Hand PNG — Transparent Background, Free Download

Antique style engraving of a hand with buttoned shirt cuff pointing right with its index finger

About this PNG

A fine line engraving of a classic printer's pointing hand in the 19th century encyclopedia plate style, with detailed cross-hatching. Ideal for editorial design, vintage graphics, typography accents and print illustration projects.

Prompt: “Antique nineteenth-century engraving of an adult’s hand in a buttoned shirt cuff pointing its index finger straight to the right, seen from the side, the classic printer’s pointing hand. Fine black ink lines with dense cross-hatching, an even off-white paper colour filling the inside of the subject, no other colour, the look of an old encyclopedia plate. One single subject, whole and centred with empty space all around it, on a plain flat mid-grey background, evenly lit, with no gradient and no shadow on the background. No text, no letters, no numbers, no logos, no watermark, no frame, no border, no extra objects” — AI-generated, its background removed, and reviewed for quality before listing.

Editor's note (9.0/10): Nearly perfectly matches the brief, with sharp authentic engraving linework, anatomically correct hand details and no flaws.
