Dall-E 3 musings

It won't be too much longer until Dall-E 3 is gone for good. I hate this move. I even messaged openAI and begged them not to get rid of it. It almost feels like I'm losing a friend. I know, it's stupid, but I really loved Dall-E! It created some of the coolest plasma animals for my music videos. Ok I'll admit, nano banana 2 is doing pretty good too, but dang... you almost can't beat Dall-E 3 for the plasma effect. I am making as many images as I can before it's gone. RIP Dall-E 3. You will be missed :(

I feel the same about some of the older Flux models. They have a unique look to them that sets them apart from newer models. Something about the look that screams genAI, but can be used to such great effect for certain styles and vibes.

I completely agree. I love DALL•E3. It made thi9ngs I've never seen any other models do. Not only is it a pioneer, but it's in its own class.
