Runes beneath her feet, power at her fingertips, ancient magic awakened. #24 out of 68 entries - Not sure how I dropped from 61.3% at 62 votes to 53.9% at 102 votes. Was I 'off theme' again?

Entry in the Ancient Power challenge.

About this image

This stunning high fantasy digital artwork features a regal sorceress in ornate teal and gold flowing robes, channeling bright golden and cyan arcane magic from her outstretched hands. She stands on a glowing rune-carved magic platform, surrounded by misty clouds, floating stone castle islands, cascading waterfalls, and radiant sunbeams piercing the sky. The scene has a majestic, otherworldly mood with rich jewel tones, glowing light effects, and immersive fantasy worldbuilding.

Great image, the magic was excellent. As for the question - I suppose it is a matter of luck who votes when. Don't think you were off theme, though maybe the ancient is not as obvious as in some others. And you know my thoughts when I saw the woman, no need to repeat that.

Beautiful visual. I voted for it, but I liked your other rejects more.

Thank you! Appreciate the feedback. I've pretty much followed the exact same pattern the current challenge although I haven't fallen quite as far yet (there's still two hours left though).
