This atmospheric fantasy concept art follows a rugged cowboy with a mechanical prosthetic arm relaxing on a high balcony, cigar in hand, as he surveys a vast intricate steampunk cityscape. Warm golden sunset light washes over spired gothic skyscrapers, floating airships, and curling steam plumes against dramatic cloud-filled skies. The rich palette of burnt orange, deep bronze and dark shadow creates a contemplative blend of wild west and sci-fi alternate history aesthetic.
