Entry in the Same Prompt - Different Models theme on BudgetPixel.
What a difference time makes. I did my prmpt in GPT 1.5 and got a very cool glowing stained glass result. Now trying it in various models and it's completely different. The style section of my prompt was: watercolor, alcohol inks, soft pastel nacarat colors, Uncanny logic, Surreal portrait, Maxamilistic, Segmented collage 1. GPT 2.5 Sunburst Low 2. Flux 3 3. Recraft v 4 4. Nano Banana 2 Lite 5. Grok 6. GPT 2 Low One thing I noticed. On GPT 1.5, I said soft pastel Nacarat colors because the colors were too dark initially and I was toning them down to where they were just a bright vivid color. Here, I see most of the models actually did do pastel nacarat so I would probably change those mdoels and take pastel off as they actually listen. Another thing I noticed is that hte brass curving lines are all gone. That was one of the cool things of the original image but none of the models I tried does that. So apparently now that's gone with GPT 1.5. Which leads me to think it's too bad we can't keep older models around for the things they do that newer models don't. @base451121 @beastxyz I tried the same prompt in the current models. Like I told you both, I did the other picture in March in GPT 1.5. It looks totally different now. Even GPT 2 does not look like 1.5 . So actually if I wanted to do now what I did before, I'd have to rewrite the prompt from scratch for a current model.

These are nice too, but I do think I like the original better. I find the new GPT sometimes follow the style more. A style I love to use now produces a more dramatic result than GPT 1.5. The result of the newer model is truer to what I asked for, but how 1.5 did it was much nicer.

GPT Image has improved by leaps and bounds this year. Dare I say, it single- handedly strap AI image generation on a rocket...

They’re all very good; Recraft is my favorite once again, followed by Grok—I like its "gaze without looking."
