Moonblades Over the Castle

Entry in the Rooftop Sword Dance challenge.

About this image

A striking fantasy warrior holds two curved scimitars mid-dance on a stone castle parapet overlooking a glowing riverside medieval city under a bright full moon. Her flowing red and black embroidered ensemble is draped in ornate gold coin jewelry, flanked by fellow warrior guards with drawn swords. Warm torchlight illuminates the scene, building a dramatic, mystical mood rich with deep crimson, aged gold, and dark night tones.
