About this image
This detailed realistic sketch illustration features a calm, smiling female healthcare worker in slate blue medical scrubs leaving a hospital staff break room at the end of her shift. She wears a stethoscope and staff ID badge, carries a work tote over one shoulder, and holds an insulated travel tumbler, with soft natural lighting casting long shadows across the tiled break room floor. The background includes staff lockers, a vending machine, couch, and break room seating, rendered in muted cool grey and blue tones for a grounded, authentic mood.
This moody pen and watercolor illustration follows a female medical worker in blue scrubs as she walks down a dim, tiled institutional hallway, holding an insulated coffee tumbler and carrying a shoulder bag en route to the staff ladies locker room. Dramatic overhead pendant lighting casts long, sharp shadows across the floor, with a muted cool blue and charcoal grayscale palette that conveys the quiet fatigue of a long hospital shift. The detailed cross-hatch sketch style lends a cinematic, reflective tone to this quiet everyday moment for frontline healthcare staff.
This atmospheric ink and watercolor style artwork shows a female healthcare worker in blue medical scrubs preparing for or ending a work shift in a dim hospital locker room, lit by a single pool of warm light falling on her open metal locker. Personal work items including a uniform, gym bag, and shoes are stored inside the locker, while a travel coffee mug rests on the worn wooden bench beside her. The cool charcoal and muted blue color palette conveys the quiet, everyday routine of frontline medical staff during shift changes.

Maybe she wishes the doctor she bade farewell to was also coming along 😀 But seriously, I noticed and maybe should have tweaked the prompt

tvm. It is tough, those long shifts.
Very nice and realistic! She is certainly tired, I know well how it is. Been inside hospitals for more than 40 years.
Nah, the last frame is fine as it is. I am just mildly amused by the stoic expression.
But the woman somehow was more happy at work than meeting friends 😅
Always enjoyed your series in the challenge. Nicely done again!
