Entry in the Dragon Train Heist challenge.

About this image

This dynamic dark fantasy illustration captures a high-octane action scene of a gritty warrior woman mounted on a massive, snarling spiked black dragon with glowing molten orange eyes. The pair soars beside a vintage steam locomotive during a chaotic wild west train heist, as outlaws on the train roof exchange gunfire, a net full of stolen gold hangs chained to the dragon, and dark storm clouds crackle with lightning over a smoky, ember-strewn mountain landscape. Deep moody dark tones are accented by fiery orange highlights, amplifying the tense, epic combat mood of the crossover western fantasy scene.
