Powerful fantasy thunder goddess striking a water-slicked drum

About this image

This epic dark fantasy illustration features a powerful East Asian thunder goddess clad in intricate black and gold ceremonial regalia, striking a water-covered traditional drum as rain pours and bright purple lightning splits the dark night sky. A large gilded drum marked with the Chinese character for thunder looms behind her, framed by glowing lanterns and ancient East Asian temple architecture, with flying water droplets capturing the force of her strike. The dramatic, intense mood is amplified by deep shadow work, striking contrast between cool storm lighting and warm glowing lanterns, and rich ornate detailing.
