This breathtaking fantasy digital illustration centers on a regal white Chinese water dragon, its delicate feathery mane and iridescent pale scales glowing in beams of sunlight filtering through the deep blue ocean. The dragon faces directly toward the viewer, with the gilded tiered spires of the legendary Dragon Palace rising behind it, surrounded by coral reefs, floating jellyfish, and small swimming fish. The cool, luminous blue palette and ethereal lighting create a magical, otherworldly atmosphere pulled directly from East Asian myth and folklore.
