Goodbye NightCafe! After being banned a second time without warning for "content that went against the community standards" (I guess a muscular woman laying out in her back yard while her husband mows the lawn is against standards), I am unsubscribing from NightCafe. It's a shame, because they were my first love when I started making AI images. Their support folks are less than kind, and made me feel like I was some sort of freak. If any of you have other platforms that you like, please let me know. I like this community a lot, but I think it's fair to have other options out there. Thanks for listening to my vent... :)

I came from PicLumen (wouldn't recommend) to here and like @EternaSky have been growing with this site since it was quite small and new. The changes and growth in such a short time are incredible. I tried NC briefly, but it was all just too much everything.

its a matter of time anyone could get banned from nightcafe, i had fun on their chatrooms, but from a time they started to be more severe, any mistake and youre out, i dont know if people still hangout there on general chat

I used to chat on NC for the longest of time. Had a stinct as a room host that later became a accredited room. But since then the magic of the room dissappeared. General chat later became a slow nice late night haunt until it became a “childcare center” for me and i wasn’t keen to be babysitting in the channel. Aside, i’ve tried tensorart which doesnt have what i like. Then i got invited to BP and i’ve stayed here since, helping it grow from before it had chatrooms, before posts, before any socials to the current state. The developers in BP truly actually listen. Instead of having some puritan values to highcock it down anyone’s throat.

Love that cityscape. As for NC, nothing more needs to be said. I am still there but only for chatting with a few friends and a couple of community challenges. Certainly won't be renewing my subscription. Happy to be here and don't like to have too many sites. Takes enough time to be as interactyive with creators as I try to be with just this primary.

I used Tengr for a while. The quality of the renders was outstanding. Unfortunately, they didn't have a community where I could share my images. But I understand leaving NC. I got sick of the bans too. I only log in to keep my streak going. I have no intention of renewing my subscription when it comes due in October.
