Day 34 note: with emojis, there is no art movement emojis so you have to use text for art movements. Rinpa School: The Rinpa school is a Japanese art movement defined by bold, decorative compositions, shimmering gold or silver grounds, and natural motifs. You often see it on the famous Japanese Edo period gold folding screens. As Rinpa School uses a lot of gold in its composition, I added ⚪⚫ to balance that hoping the ballerina would be wearing black and white. note: there is no ballerina emoji so you have to combine a dancer with ballerina shoes to get ballerina. 💃🏻🩰 . Yeah, Klimt was very influenced by the Rinpa School. He incorporated or was inspired by a lot of the elements he saw when the Japonisme movement swept through Europe in the late 1800s. Especially the Rinpa School's use of gold, flattened perspective. rinpa did abstractions of natural motifs like you see in kimonos and ukiyo-e like the waves and flowers. Klimt took that a step further and abstracted things into geometrics like swirls and squares. He was also very influeced by their composition style whcih doens't really show here. Klimt did people a lot tho and the Rinpa school was more focused on nature, both wild and domesticated like gardens.

I thought the ballerina geisha was so fun. I could just imagine the kimono swirling about as she did pirouette. The fabric would have to be very light silks tho.

I like them; my favorite here would undoubtedly be number 6, followed by number 3, and number 4 also has something I like.

Hands down Nana Banana 2 Lite for me! Love everything about that one!

Yeah, it should be very fine; usually, kimonos seem heavy to me—though I suppose there are summer and winter versions, but I wouldn't know how to tell the difference, hahaha.

Thank you! I like it too. I think it's the best ballerina outfit.
