This cinematic dark fantasy concept art depicts a distressed kneeling noblewoman in a tattered ivory embroidered medieval gown, clutching a single lit candle as a massive skeletal horned demon with glowing red eyes and bladed claws looms menacingly behind her. The atmospheric gothic temple setting features cracked stone floors crisscrossed with glowing red embers, scattered altar candles, and dramatic rays of overhead light that cast stark shadows amplifying the tense, foreboding horror mood. This hyperrealistic render leans into classic dark fantasy and supernatural horror themes ideal for gaming lore, gothic creative projects, and fantasy storytelling.

I'm only tagging some people who I'm not sure are on Clam. If they are and I don't need to tag them, or if they don't want to be tagged, please let me know and I'll remove them. Thanks! @Troxley @TTRPG_Player @TesaranJ @TheBard @vriemng
