This atmospheric dark fantasy illustration uses a moody monochrome blue ink wash style to depict a somber fallen angel with large feathered wings, sitting damp on weathered gothic cathedral stone steps during a steady rainstorm. The angel holds a worn wooden prohibition sign, surrounded by ornate gothic architecture, a perched gargoyle, overgrown ivy, and a distant spired gothic city skyline under heavy storm clouds. The mood is quiet, melancholic, and evocative, with detailed linework highlighting wet reflective pavement, rain streaks, and the angel's exhausted, downcast expression.

AI Model: GPT-Image-2

Prompt: A despairing barefoot, busty urban pin-up angel sits motionless on worn Victorian Gothic cathedral steps, her great feathered wings drooping and partially folded around her like a protective shroud, wearing a petal fabric shift, her updo dark hair a bit messy. She gazes downward in exhausted resignation while holding a tattered hand-painted protest sign bearing a simple banned symbol, as though surrendering hope. Cracked stone, rain-soaked masonry, iron railings, gargoyles, weathered arches, and creeping ivy frame the scene. Cold blue monochromatic palette with deep indigo shadows, mist, light rain, and melancholic atmosphere. Dark magical ink sketch, expressive cross-hatching, flowing ink washes, dramatic chiaroscuro, intricate pen work, textured handmade paper, subtle watercolor bleeding. Inspired by the haunting Gothic romanticism of Gustave Doré and the dreamlike ink atmosphere of Franklin Booth, with highly detailed architectural linework, cinematic composition, emotional storytelling, masterful draftsmanship, fine engraving quality, ultra-detailed, elegant negative space, museum-quality illustration.

I don't know their stance on AI art as I looked into it before AI art (a decade ago?). There was someone making a pretty cool comic book on it which he would release page by page. His subs added up to easily more than $2,000 US so if he was living in the right place, he could have been making a living off his art. NYC or SF, no but other places maybe. But his comic book was pretty awesome so I wouldn't compare him to most people.

lovely, i love the blue etching art style. it's difficult when services get censored by their vendors and bump that on down to their consumers. I'm not into X or M but it seems like freedom comes with a size limitation or a paywall (like on Patreon, you can post mature images but you have to keep it behind a paywall while you can offer g/pg images for free without requiring people to sub)

🌄 Even weary wings can learn to rise, 🌧️ Hope still sparkles through tearful skies. 🕯️ Every shadow softly bends to light, 💙 Your soul still glows through the longest night.
