[4-panel Temporal Thursdays fantasy comic showing steampunk Alice, top-hat Cheshire Cat, and Pu Songling drinking tea disc...
This whimsical cross-over steampunk fantasy webcomic, *Temporal Thursdays* by Cayla Catz, features a cozy 4-panel sequence set in a 17th century Chinese study, where steampunk Alice, a top-hatted Cheshire Cat, and author Pu Songling share a tea service while discussing lore from *Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio*. The warm, painterly vintage illustration uses rich jewel and wood tone colors, blending Victorian steampunk aesthetics with traditional East Asian decor, pagoda landscape backdrops, and playful philosophical dialogue about fox spirits, ghost stories, and the magic of shared storytelling. The gentle, cozy mood leans into lighthearted speculative fiction for fans of cross-genre fantasy and classic folklore.
