Tea with Alice and the Cheshire Cat Special Guests: Edgar Allen Poe and Thomas Dunn English Maybe I should have had these two flinging tea at each other. These two were literary rivals who hated each other. English wrote a novel 1844, with a character Marmaduke Hammerhead. Hammerhead is the famous author of "The Black Crow" and would say "Nevermore". An obvious stand-in for Poe, Hammerhead was "depicted as a drunkard, liar, and an abusive lover." Poe had his revenge. Lifting the catacombs scene straight out of 1844, also taking the coat-of-arms out of the story for his character Montresor who murders his rival in "The Cask of Amontillado". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Cask_of_Amontillado

Oh, catfights (see what I did here? ๐) between authors are always funny!

So inventive. How do you get the individual speech bubbles? I always find those tricky to place with prompts. I'm assuming you use design studio maybe to get all the panels? Good stuff

I really like that story, and also the one about the black cat.
