(No Caption). For this challenge, I tried to keep it clean and simple by having an astronaut son saying goodbye to his mother in front of the majestic space shuttle, under the golden hour. I tried to keep the humans smaller and the space shuttle larger to tell the story that his outer space mission is larger than kinship. I had expected the decision to keep the departure more subtle to lose votes against the ones that were heavily focused on showing it Hence the eventual outcome of ranking 51 out of 88 entries was within expectation.
