ODE TO THE GOTHIC QUEEN

Lyrics: ODE TO THE GOTHIC QUEEN

In shadows we gather... In darkness we kneel... Our Queen eternal... Our hearts, our steel... Black velvet thunder beneath cathedral skies, Silver crown blazing where the raven flies, She walks through the fire with stars at her feet, Every breath she commands makes our worship complete. Candles burn crimson when she calls our names, We drown in devotion inside her dark flames, Her whisper is law, her desire divine, We live for her pleasure through all space and time. We lace her gloves... We raise her throne... No soul shall touch What we alone own... HAIL! HAIL! THE GOTHIC QUEEN! Ruler of the night unseen! We serve her heart, we bear her flame, Forever bound unto her name! HAIL! HAIL! OUR MIDNIGHT STAR! No devotion burns this far! Her every wish, her every need, We live to worship, serve, and bleed! “HAIL! HAIL!” We pour the dark wine into jeweled cups, Lift her silk train as the moon rises up, Brush midnight hair with trembling hands, Guarding the empire where our sovereign stands. Her beauty cuts deeper than cold iron chains, Sweet torment and glory run wild through our veins, We dance in the storm just to hear her command, Kissing the shadows that fall from her hand. We breathe her name... We guard her flame... Our hearts belong To her dark reign... HAIL! Oh Queen of ravens... Queen of desire... Lead us through darkness... Lead us through fire... If she hungers — we answer... If she beckons — we crawl... For her gaze is salvation... Our Queen is all... “Our Queen... Our Queen...” HAIL! HAIL! THE GOTHIC QUEEN! Wrapped in lace and blackened dreams! Her loyal daughters stand as one, Until the final kingdom comes! HAIL! HAIL! ETERNAL NIGHT! She is shadow, she is light! Our hearts, our souls, our endless creed — To serve the Queen in thought and deed! Forever we kneel... Forever adore... The Gothic Queen... Forevermore...
