We make use of an airfryer though never to roast chestnuts - that's not a thing here. But I could try roasting raw cashews and almonds?

ohhhh why not? we mostly do chicken wings, though salmon has also turned out OK. BEST EVER Sweet Corn Ribs!!!! unbelievable taste sensation

No reason, just never thought to try. We make chips/french fries which are excellent for our burger Friday night (mushroom based burgers). Precook in the steamer and then the air frying. My wife does many other things with it.
