Yep, definitely a dance move--and those guys in black look like they are ready to join the act any time. The two on the right, in particular, look like they are waiting for their cue to start tapping Irish style. And everybody in the pic look Chinese instead of Japanese except the two woman faintly visible at the gate because of their head gear.
