I was tagged last night in a QT Magical Cartographer last night on X. I had zero ideas. I slept on it and got to work this morning. Not trusting myself I thought I'd use Chat GPT to help write the prompt, but as I typed, I realized this was a prompt. I both ran the prompt and asked Chat GPT to enhance it and ran that as well. Both versions in low, medium and high. I would really love feedback. Not saying which prompt was mine and which was GPT, but they are in order high, medium, and low for each prompt.

About this image

A fantasy illustration of a woman in a flowing purple dress examining star charts at a grand observatory. Surrounded by glowing celestial orbs, maps, and candlelight, she catalogs galaxies, planets, and shooting stars framed by a celestial glass dome, creating a magical astronomy mood.

A rich fantasy illustration of a woman at a candlelit desk, studying intricate star charts under a curved glass dome. Exploding nebula colors, glowing globes, and celestial screens create a magical, space-inspired mood perfect for fantasy art and astronomical narratives.

A lush fantasy scene of a silver-haired sorceress leaning over a glowing celestial map in an ornate glass-domed observatory. Surrounded by crystal globes, candles, and starry nebulae, the room pulses with magical light and cosmic color, blending arcane science with otherworldly artistry.

All six images are truly beautiful, but upon closer inspection, the second set has many more details and is much better developed, such as the woman's clothing, the paintings on the wall, items on the desk, more defined colors, more clearly defined highlights, etc. I imagined it was the set you had created.

All are great, and not huge differences between high, med, low. Tough to pick a preference. There are some compositional differences which I'd attribute to promtp details, but minor tweks and differences between the two highs could also be same prompt and natural variability.

Thanks. The first set is the enhanced prompt GPT made for me. The second set was the original prompt I wrote, no AI help. I actually like the images from my unaided prompt better.

I honestly could not have guessed which was yours, which was AI's. These days my prompts are a mix of entirely mine and those developed interactively with Claude or Gemini.

You are wellcome. I spent some minutes, pondering your question, looking at the images.... finally I can say that I cannot choose one over the other. All six are amazing!

Beautiful pictures! 🤍 My recommendation for the ChatGPT pictures is the three with the crystals on the table. However, I can't rank them because they're all stunning.

Yes, the second set was mine and included things I specifically asked for like crystals, candles, crystal ball and maps of magical realms on the wall.
