It was a boring party. Until the moment when this pretty woman in a dress made of elegant chiffon came up to her. Mary found her heart beating faster as the beautiful stranger said in that calm, gentle voice, "I hate parties like this, do you?" This blunt frankness made Mary smile. She liked the woman instantly. It didn't take long for both women to start liking the party, and especially each other's company. Lucy finally smiled winningly at Mary. There was something mischievous in her look. "Why don't we go to my place?" Mary stood up. She didn't hide the fact that she couldn't wait to be alone with Lucy.
