Viral Factory License
Viral Factory videos are free to post on your own accounts while you are on a paid plan or sponsored by BudgetPixel. Two things make it work: the BudgetPixel watermark stays on, and your caption credits BudgetPixel.
What you can do
Post it on your own accounts
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook and more, as organic posts.
Post it for free
No fee and no credits. The download comes with your paid plan or your sponsorship.
Trim it and add to it
Cut it shorter, add your own text or voice-over, or post it with the platform’s own sounds, as long as the watermark stays.
Download it again
Your cut stays yours: the button gives you the same file every time.
What you cannot do
Remove or hide the watermark
No cropping, blurring, covering or editing it away.
Post it without credit
Your caption names BudgetPixel, for example “Made with BudgetPixel · budgetpixel.com”.
Claim it or monetize-claim it
Don’t present it as your own work, and don’t register it with Content ID or any other rights-claiming system.
Sell it, share the file or run it as an ad
No resale, no stock sites, no passing the file on for others to post, no paid ads without our written OK.
Post it from an adult account
Accounts that feature nudity or sexual content may not post Viral Factory videos.
How to credit it
Put this line in your post’s caption or description. The download panel gives you a full caption with it already in.
Made with BudgetPixel · budgetpixel.com
Good to know
Label it as AI
The videos are made with AI. Turn on the platform’s AI-generated label where it has one (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube all do).
Say when we pay you
If you post as part of the Creator Program, Affiliate Tasks or a sponsorship, use the platform’s paid-partnership label or #ad.
Take-down requests
We may change or withdraw a video. If we ask you to remove a post that uses one, for example after a rights complaint, please delete it within 7 days.
After your plan ends
Posts you made while you could download may stay up. You can’t download new cuts until you are on a paid plan or sponsored again.
