Winged Japanese tengu leaps above swirling autumn maple leaves over a mountain shrine valley
This dramatic fantasy digital painting depicts a fearsome red-skinned tengu with large black feathered wings mid-leap above a swirling vortex of fiery fall foliage. The scene is set across a sunlit golden hour mountain landscape dotted with traditional Japanese shrines and torii gates, as smaller winged spirits circle dramatic clouded skies overhead. The mood is intensely dynamic, with warm autumnal orange and red hues contrasting against dark robed fabrics and moody shadowed peaks.
