Waking The Fallen

Entry in the Strong & Beautiful Women theme.

About this image

A gritty, battle-scarred norse warrior wears fur-lined leather and chainmail armor, gripping a steel sword as she catches her breath in falling snow. The scene sits against a frozen glacial lake and snow-capped mountain range, with swirling green and purple northern lights glowing in the twilight sky. The mood is tense and resilient, with cool icy winter tones contrasting against warm brown furs and windswept dark hair.
