I checked with google and they are not available due to import restrictions. You can only find them in Spain and European markets. Part of it is fresh Canary Island bananas are protected by a Plátano de Canarias PGI and also in the USA the government agency USDA makes it hard to import fresh fruit for fear of plant pests, fungi and diseases so there are a lot import regulations around fresh fruit. That's too bad. If I visit Europe, I will definitely try them.

yay! I'm glad you like it. That lizard is native to the island. I wanted to add something that was only Canary Islands so people wouldn't think it was anotehr place growing bananas. I read on google that they are supersweet. I dont' think we have them here for sale. Thank you for the award.

You're welcome—you deserve it. I'm familiar with the "Lagarto" variety; it's one of the largest in Spain. And yes, those bananas are sweeter and contain more vitamins and minerals than other varieties because the Canary Islands are volcanic, making the soil where they're grown special.
