[Retro anime young witch holding a broom, surrounded by glowing purple magic in a spooky Halloween night scene]
This vibrant retro 90s-style anime illustration features a cheerful young witch with long black hair, wearing a classic purple pointed witch hat and frilled dark purple dress, hovering surrounded by swirling glowing purple magical energy around her wooden broomstick. The festive spooky Halloween scene includes flying bats, twisted bare dead trees, a lit carved jack-o'-lantern, and distant glowing haunted houses under a rich deep purple twilight sky. The bold line art and saturated purple and violet color palette create a playful, whimsical seasonal Halloween aesthetic.
