She had no clue what it all meant. She'd found the Lost Syllabus and the Phoenix Feather on the edge of Nowhere but she couldn't put the pieces together. What was she missing? She glanced up at the sky. It was growing darker. A storm was coming in. Well, at least she could fuel up grampa's mecha Hiro if this station sold gas. She wasn't sure. The gas pumps looked a tad rusty as if no one had stopped by here in a very long time. Maybe there was a barn or hangar nearby. Rain wasn't good for Hiro's joints and she promised grampa she'd take good care of him if she could borrow him for this journey. Hiro had great mileage and was good at squashing vampires too. She was lucky grampa had been in a good mood and lent him to her. She wouldn't have been able to travel this far without him. She sure hoped the pumps worked.
