This unsettling dark horror concept art depicts four distinct emaciated, ghoulish mutated creatures standing in a cramped, mold-stained abandoned hallway piled high with rotting garbage and discarded debris. Muted desaturated cool green lighting from a single bare ceiling bulb casts eerie deep shadows, highlighting the rough, textured decayed skin of the figures, including a tall imposing central monster and a skeletal child-like ghoul in the foreground. The scene leans into visceral body horror, with a tense, menacing atmosphere perfect for horror and dark fantasy media.
