Archaeologist brushes a massive horned dragon fossil skeleton at a rocky desert excavation site during golden sunset
This atmospheric fantasy concept art depicts an active archaeological dig in a rugged sandstone badlands canyon, lit by warm golden hour sunset light. A female field archaeologist in khaki expedition gear kneels to carefully brush dirt from the enormous, spiked skull of a colossal prehistoric dragon skeleton, whose full ribcage and frame stretches hundreds of feet across the dig site. Background excavation crews, work rigs, and expedition tents fill the hazy, dusty site, creating a dramatic mood of historic, once-in-a-lifetime discovery.
