Cute fluffy blue water-type fantasy creature

About this image

This soft, painterly digital illustration features an original water-type fantasy creature styled after Pokemon Eeveelution designs, standing on a sun-dappled grassy wildflower meadow. The creature has gradient blue fluffy fur, a thick fluffy white neck ruff, large gentle blue eyes, and a unique glossy teardrop-shaped tail filled with sparkling swirling water. Blurred lush green forest foliage in the background creates a soft bokeh effect, lending a calm, whimsical magical mood to the artwork.
