An elderly projectionist operates a classic reel-to-reel film projector, casting a glittering beam of light that projects the tearful face of a 1920s silent film actress directly onto the surface of a large glowing full moon, with a curling strip of film ribbon rising from the projector into the cosmos. The piece carries strong nostalgic, magical tones, blending warm gilded theater details, deep midnight blues, and monochrome vintage film imagery to honor the timeless magic of classic old Hollywood storytelling.

A hazy warm beam from an antique film projector stretches across the aisle, forming a tangible film strip bridge between an elderly projectionist standing near the projection booth and a younger version of himself seated facing him, exploring themes of memory, time passage, and lifelong passion for cinema. Dramatic low-key lighting creates a wistful, nostalgic mood, with gilded historic theater trim visible in the shadowed background.

El dragon era la elegida, pero luego pensé que tal vez no se notaba en la votacion... y bueno, nunca se sabe, tal vez no entraba en el top ten o tal estaba mas arriba

This is awesome! I love the film dragon. Wonderful idea and image! I also love projecting the silent movie onto the moon. Brilliant

Pues aqui ya esta el material fino, creo que yo hubiera mandado al DC el dragon o la de la luna,la de la luna me gusta mas pero creo que el dragon es mas comercial para el DC,la ultima esta bien pero es la mas floja de las tres

CaylaCatz

I agree. It can be a tough choice. And you can never predict the voters anyways . But this dragon is absolutely fabulous
