Re-rating requests a re-evaluation of the image(s). E.g. if they were rated Mature, you might get them down to Teen+, after a few tries. Often the system overrates images. Bump rating allows you to change the rating up, e.g. if you feel the image is too explicit for Teen+ you can change it to Mature or even Adult.

@archangeltara @germancowboy I always turn off the auto-post. I do this because sometimes I want to add other images that I didn't pick. I also want to post myself so it counts towards my daily posting reward (I don't like to flood the system with many posts per day)

You can opt out of showing your image on your page. That's what they apparently did.
