Minotaur-like winged monster with glowing red eyes looming

About this image

A vintage-style horror magazine cover featuring a towering winged creature with glowing red eyes approaching a dark, moonlit highway. The eerie scene blends fog, a lone car with open doors, and dim streetlights to create a foreboding mood, styled like retro Weird Tales art with distressed edges and bold red typography. Keywords: horror poster, vintage pulp magazine, eldritch terror, winged harbinger, roadside nightmare.

A retro pulp-style poster for Weird Tales of Mystery & Terror shows a furious Bigfoot lifting a woman as armed soldiers and a UFO loom in the background. The dramatic night scene, gritty monsters, and moonlit woods evoke 1950s sci-fi horror with bold typography and sensational tagline lines.

Well if you ever do, it's worth it! And it's a book about things that REALLY happened, not hoaxes like "Annityville Horror" and other movies. So it's not Mothman eating people or anything like that but really weird incidents.

Thank you very much, Sonny! Indeed a classic Pulp cover from the Golden Era! And I always knew Bigfoot was a great guy!! He saved her from those Greyd who wanted to abduct her!

Well done, Panos! I especially like #2. I love the old pulp mags where every woman is in rags and the aliens, monsters, etc. are carrying them away to do who knows what.

Haha, awesome! I haven't seen the Mothman movie. When I was looking for things about him for the blog, the poster always came up, but I don't know how to find the film.

Oh Panos! You're with my beasts! Great! I'll tell you that part 4 of Cryptids is also coming out with movie posters... I'm only telling you, don't spread it.

@panos Yes, when I was reading for the blog there were really testimonies that were difficult to explain, and difficult to say: This didn't happen
