About this image

An 18th-century classical music concert featuring a full period ensemble in ornate rococo surroundings. Musicians in period costumes perform with violins, cello, and a harpsichord under warm, gilded lighting, creating a regal, museum-like atmosphere.

A candlelit, Renaissance-era court scene features a central cellist surrounded by lute players and a string ensemble. Rich period costumes, gilded drapery, and regal tapestries create a regal, classical atmosphere perfect for historical drama or opera-inspired visuals.

A group of monks in traditional robes form a circular choir within a dim Gothic church, gathered around a central menorah-like candle stand. The stone arches, stained-glass windows, and candlelight create a sacred, medieval atmosphere perfect for liturgical chant and sacred music.

Great pictures, nicely matching their time 😊

  • @charlypalermo ·

Yes, in my research for the blog I created, I didn't find any images, but I think there's a drawing on Wikipedia, and they were smaller, more rustic harps. But it's hard to ask AI for that, haha.

  • @charlypalermo ·

Me too! But no... there were already harps in Egypt. I don't know if they were really like in the picture; they seem very modern to me, but that's where they started.

  • @EternaSky ·

Wait a… harps came from egypt? Not greek? I thought it was greek… 0.0 I am sooooo misplaced in that.
