About this image

A moody cyberpunk-inspired scene shows a young man at a cluttered desk, typing on an old CRT computer surrounded by stacked floppy disks and sticky notes. The glowing blue-and-pink holographic interfaces and neon accents create a nostalgic, late-night tech vibe, highlighting retro computing and underground coding culture.

A young person sits at an old-fashioned computer terminal, typing on a beige keyboard while holographic UI elements hover around the screen. The scene blends retro tech with futuristic overlays, giving a cyberpunk vibe—complete with a dusty desk, cassette drive, and neon-colored light reflections. This image evokes themes of vintage computing, hacker culture, and creative digital art.

Wasn't a huge gamer, but boy do I remember GeoCities...

Haha yeah—my brain immediately went full retro-hacker and I almost said “Phrack” 😅 On Atari even the “bleep-bloop” takes work… you kinda have to wait for Commodore if you want that real chunky chiptune vibe.

  • @To4kawa ·

I love this — it feels like you’re using a nostalgic old keyboard vibe lol. Also, did your modem actually hit 56K back then? 😄

  • @elkanthe ·

They actually got to 56k? I thought it was just a number like the Atari 2600.

  • @NielsCarlsen ·

never was much into the games
