Thank you very much!! I'm very glad you like this. You have proven yourselves great storytellers with your excellent blogs and your positive opinion on this counts much!! Yes, thankfully there was the maximum gain in credz from this and I'm very happy about it! I'm still trying to master the comic-strip medium - sometimes with costly errors! For example, doing the Syberia Begins flashback strip, wanting to cut back on cost, I thought to make it a 3-page one. The result was that I crammed so much dialogue nt the third page, that poor GPT 2 statred to dissapear dialogue & panels and gettitng the bubble stem totaly wrong for many panels in a row. It took 3 tries to admit defeat and spread that page in 2. Result, instead of doing that part of the scrpit in 2 pages from the beggining, I ended up doing 5 to get it right. Do the math... ๐

Thank you very much, Cayla! Since tha majority of the people woh will read this are not familiar with the Syberia 1 & 2 story (in fact, so far, only Antaris said he played them - long ago, of course), I got the idea to do flashbacks telling what went on before, as a separate sequence. This way, I wiil give the story, without burdening the main - 'Now' - story with flashbacks. What you see here is exactly how the game begins: Kate arriving at Valadilene on business, witnessing the Automaton cortege. But for the fact of course, that in the game, she never meets with a failed author and an accountant. THAT meeting happened only in the imagination of these latter two. ๐๐

Cool story. I had read the first set of pages where they are setting off to look for Kate before and thought they were pretty good. It's cool to backup and see a bit of the history. I like the boy finding the cave painting. And now we get to see how the three of them met. The automatons in the town is interesting too. I'm waiting to see if this is where they met the inventor or if Madame's death is a murder mystery they have to solve. Great beginning and I'm looking forward to seeing more.

Great work! Since it is very hot, I now live at night and have more time to visit the blog. One of the things I complain about AI is that, because it has become so easy to create beautiful images, images are now something to be consumed in a short time, only to be replaced by more and more: in other words, the time and attention that one can dedicate to appreciating all the details of a single image are increasingly less. ๐

Yep, that's it! And I tell you, a certain bespectacled accountant saw this a few hours ago - I had not told him anything so far, on his birthday and was jumping up and down like a kid! -"Dude, that was the best birthday present of this past decade!!!' His exact words! Hey!!! You look COOL with an AK-47, Dude!!! And we just got selecred as a Freaking Plarform Pick!!!! KATE!!!! WE'RE COMING!!!!!

We clapped early when you first published, and now just read it. Excellent work! Congrats on making it onto Trending and passing the all-important 500-clap threshold. I'm sure you spent far more than the credit rewards from achieving the higher clap threshold, but at least this way, you can subsidize some of cost of creating those challenging graphic novel panels haha. Again, bravo! โจ

Thank you very much and thank you for your very generous tip, my friend. I got the idea to do flashbacks (the kind that became famous ever since 'Lost') for the backstory. Basically, that is the start of the game - except, of course, tht in the game Kate is alone.

Of course, your commitment is evident and the results are worth it! I hope you get the recognition you deserve for your efforts, and I'm very happy to see that, at least here on BP, so many people appreciate your work and find it enjoyable. Take care ๐!

So Kate and Oscar are original to the game while the two Greeks are your characters? So you are creating a backstory in the blog for how they met and in your posts is the present-time story of their search for her. Ok, I think I got it.
