The Exclusion Zone: Rescue Mission Part 2

This story is dedicated with much love to my very dear friend @suga2309 THE STORY SO FAR: Part 1 (The Exclusion Zone: Rescue Mission. Part 1) Amaranthe (A Cousin of Amalia), is saved from a monstrous vampire by the fortunate appearance of Cobra. Cobra tranfers her to the Stalkers Base in Pripyat. There, Amaranthe narrates how she and four other noble vampires of her world passed through the legendary Blood Gate - long believed inactive - and found themselves in the nightmarish fabled Feral Realm, a dark reflection of the Vampire world, home to the Feral Clans, monstrous counterparts of the vampires. Amaranthe herself was saved by Cobra, but the other four young vampires remain in the hands of the Ferals, their fate unknown. Amalia asks from Stargazer the Stalkers themselves stage the Reascue Mission. The situation on her world being such, that there is no option of a rapid deployment of a rescue party. Stargazer agrees. Planning the mission, he decides on a four member rescue party. Three of them will be himself, Amalia and Cobra, to guide them to the Feral Realm. On learning that Cobra is unable to transport large parties through the Shadow-Paths, Stargazer decides on the fourth member: His Cousin Takkis of Heliopolis - a Wizard. Thus, Takkis teleports the Rescue Party in the Feral Realm and the Mission begins. to be continued in Part 3 (Note: Attemting to create action sequences, I stumbled into GPT's violence restrictions. Prompt after revised prompt were rejected, until the final pages bore almost no rlations to the battle i had in mind and also being almost senseless action wise. You can barely make sense of what happens in some of the panels. I run two promts on SD 5 and got pages - mediocre, but at least I got them. I apologize to the readers of this for the very low quality of what i had envisioned as spectacular action sequences. It is not at all how i had them in my mind.) A big thank you - as usual - to all my friends on Budget Pixel and especailly to those who love the Exclusion Zone story. Some of them even allow me to use their characters or have especialy created characters for the Exclusion Zone. Thank you! Thank you! THANK YOU!

I imagine you had a lot more melee combat in mind, but this is still pretty good, Panos! I'm sure the version in your mind was far better, but in light of the changes you had to make to pacify Open AI's filters, this is great! Perhaps there will be a comparable model without the restrictions in the near future. Until then, you may have to do a romantic comedy if you want to keep using GPT 2. Actually, no, scratch that -- GPT 2 doesn't like intimacy, either. Oh, I know: Cat stories. GPT 2 can still do pets, so maybe do cat stories? (Being sarcastic, in case that doesn't come across in text. 😆)

You are very welcome, my friend. Yes, great story and illustration. A pizza is always a good idea ... put a lot of garlic on it, I'm sure she loves that 😁 You are very welcome ... why do I feel a scene coming, where Amalia is bitching on the poor Bard for inventing these bullets, even when they have just saved you ?! 😁 I'm not even sure, if it was the Bard and not the gunsmith 🤔

Your welcome bro. Even if it didn't turn out as you hoped, you still managed to get a really cool, gritty, scene. The restrained battle-lust from Amalia gained from her time as a Stalker, that was my favourite part; page 18 where she is revelling in getting Glugaya to reveal her true nature, Amalia knowing she has monster in her sights and she rid one more from the world.

That's ok. I understand. What I'll do is write the gremlin and the cookies scenes into the story so they will be integrated in. That'll give people something until you get back. then you can write your chapter after that. I know you are working for family but I hope you get to relax while you're there and have a mini vacation.

Thank you, faerirealm! Indeed I had more dynamic scenes in mind - NOT gory or anything, I don't go for that stuff - but GPT hypersensitivity had other plans. I will have to adapt, because I WILL tell this story! )Your sarcastic frustration came through all right and it is 200% shared by me 🙂)

Thank you very, VERY much for the support, bro!! I'm very glad you like this new part! I was kind dissapointed that GPT 2 (the only model that can succesfuly do this) had so many restrictions and Amalia's battle was not what I had in mind...

ooohhhh! You're going to make us wait soooo long! I forgot. I wouldn't be surprised when you came back if you had written out the rest of the book and had the chapters all planned out.
