Not-So-Secret Secret

I've mentioned before that I often use a "prompt enhance" tool to flesh out my old prompts and/or expand the horizon of my newer. And have had some serious success. Today I reveal that not-so-secret weapon: 4BDN TOOL HUB - Tools, Generators , AI GF's, and Image Generation Housed under the virtually useless "Perchance" ai generators, I stumbled onto this quite by accident, trying to track another site a friend had told me about. I almost clicked it shut but tried out a couple of their settings. The text-to-image is behind the times, like most of the Perchance sites, but I had been fighting with a prompt and remembered seeing their Prompt Builder tool... opened it... and was amazed at the level of settings. Started experimenting and now it's one of my most frequently used tools! While perchance is known mostly for a more "wild-west" type of environment, allowing for more NSFW options than most places, 4BDN actually allows you to modify settings, enabling you to opt for totally family friendly up to the most extreme of settings. So if you want to have a solid prompt engine but aren't into the NSFW side, just change the settings to their tamest level. If you're like me and enjoy rolling the dice, go for broke! (their "preset" is MEDIUM , which seems fair!) Try it or don't. But for me it's been a great find!

Glad to see you checking things out. I've tried the director tool a few times too, got some interesting results. Especially now that Grok allows for 10 second video clips. It's still hit-or-miss, because of course when you try to cram a whole video into 10 seconds, that's a lot in a little bit LOL. But I use the prompt tools several times most days! Either to update an old prompt or to give a little umph to a new one!

True. I have spend some time there honing my particular settings, trying a mix of things to get what I like. If you are happy with your setup, which you should be, then there's no need to invest a lot of time. But for someone who's running into issues continually or just not where they want to be, it's worth a shot

Thank you! I just did a quick text-to-image experiment but the results I got weren't satisfactory. The problem is that to make the best use of a new platform you have to study and to test it a lot, and I don't have enough time, so I usually stick with what I already know well, at least until I find something truly outstanding 🤩
