BudgetPixel for ComfyUI

60+ hosted AI models as native nodes — image, video, music & sound effects

ComfyUI-BudgetPixel is the official, open-source node pack that puts FLUX 2, Seedream 5.0, Qwen-Image 3.0, Kling v3, Seedance, Wan, music and sound-effect models straight into your graph. The models run on BudgetPixel's infrastructure — no local GPU or checkpoints needed for these nodes — and compose freely with your local pipeline. Bring an API key from any paid plan; your credits and discounts apply automatically.

Install in two minutes

Three ways in — then create an API key on any paid plan and set it once. Your key is never stored in workflow files, so everything you share stays safe to share.

01

Open the Custom Nodes Manager

In ComfyUI, open Manager → Custom Nodes Manager.

02

Install BudgetPixel

Search for "BudgetPixel" and click Install, then restart ComfyUI.

03

Add your API key

Set BUDGETPIXEL_API_KEY in the environment that launches ComfyUI (or use budgetpixel.json — see below).

export BUDGETPIXEL_API_KEY=bpx_live_…

Building your own integration instead? The nodes are a thin client for the BudgetPixel developer API.

58 nodes, every modality

One node per model, with typed widgets generated from the API — enums, ranges and defaults always match. New BudgetPixel models arrive as pack updates.

Mix hosted models into your local graph

BudgetPixel nodes take and return ComfyUI's native IMAGE, VIDEO and AUDIO values, so hosted and local nodes chain freely. The pack ships example workflows that appear in ComfyUI's template browser.

Local ControlNet → hosted FLUX 2

Preprocess with your local nodes, then generate on hosted FLUX 2 Pro — no VRAM spent on the big model.

Seedream still → Kling v3 video

Generate a keyframe with Seedream 5.0, feed it into Kling image-to-video, save with core Save Video.

Any clip → sound design

Wire a VIDEO into Sonilo Video SFX and get the clip back with synced effects mixed in, plus the bare track.

Portrait + voice → talking head

LoadImage + your narration AUDIO into OmniHuman 1.5 lip sync — a finished presenter clip in one graph.

Transparent, pre-flight pricing

Generations are billed in credits from your plan — same prices as budgetpixel.com, with your plan discounts applied. Every node's help text shows its model's price, and the Cost Estimate node returns the exact cost of a generation before you queue it.

FAQ

Do I need a GPU to use BudgetPixel nodes in ComfyUI?+

No. BudgetPixel nodes run the models on BudgetPixel's infrastructure — your machine only sends the request and downloads the result. They work in a CPU-only ComfyUI, and alongside local GPU nodes in the same graph.

How is usage billed?+

Generations use credits from your BudgetPixel plan, at the same prices as budgetpixel.com. Each node's help text shows its model's price, and the Cost Estimate node returns the exact discount-aware cost before you run a graph. The node pack itself is free and open source.

Which plan do I need?+

Any paid plan — Starter, Basic, Premium, Pro, or Ultra — includes the developer API the nodes use. Create a key at budgetpixel.com/settings/api-keys.

Is my API key stored in workflow files?+

No. The nodes deliberately have no API-key widget, so your key never serializes into workflow JSON — workflows you share stay safe to share. The key lives in an environment variable or a local config file.

Which models are included?+

58 nodes at launch: 26 image models (FLUX 2, Seedream 5.0, Qwen-Image 3.0, Nano Banana, GPT-Image, Kling v3 and more), 17 video models (Kling, Seedance, Wan, MiniMax and more), music and sound-effect models, image and video upscalers, lip sync, and motion control. New BudgetPixel models ship as new nodes in pack updates.
