New Alexandria - Sci-Fi Story Context

Context: Factions In the early 27th century resides an empire known as The New Alexandrian Empire or NA situated on Mars lead by an man known as Emperor Arthur Irvi, Otherwise known as The Emperor. The Empire is an extremely anti AI/Synth group which exists to purge artificial intelligence from Mars to maintain the purity of Mars and prevent it from going the way of Earth. Emperor Arthur Irvi while being the primary motivator for anti AI, uses synth technology to remain immortal using artificial synth bodies as hosts allowing him to rule indefinitely, While The Empire being one of the two most powerful empires in SOL they still do not command all of Mars, Which leads us to The Martian Android Repurpose Movement. The Martian Android Repurpose Movement or MARM is and empire dedicated freeing androids within NA borders and giving them sentience, While being habitable Mars is rather inhospitable with the atmosphere just being a ring around the equator allowing MARM to encamp on the north and south poles preventing human expansion. Even if The Empire's goal is to purge AI its only to purge AI from mars, In the mid to late 26th century during The war for mercurian independence they allied with Mercury and due to this the empire known as Mercurian Provences was formed. The Mercurian Provences or just The Provences is a group of Synth miners formed in a massive war, At some point during the war a leader synth was planted my NA known as Saliphen allowing Mercury to serve The Empire's purposes in the centuries to come. The Mercurian Provences was formed my a great empire for the purpose of mining metals from mercury to construct orbital rings around Earth, Mars, and Venus, It was created in a deal primarily in between The New Alexandrian Empire and an empire known as Corporate Earth. In the mid 22nd Century people began to "upload" into computers and started allowing an AI known as Cerci to handle all external needs, at some point in between the 22nd and 25th century they developed a super position radio allowing point to point communication giving them the ability to engage in warfare and expand into space using drones. When people began to upload into computers many were against it, The people who were against it were given two options, A. relocate to Lunar mining colonies, not be allowed to engage in war, diplomacy or form a military, or B. die. their choice was rather obvious, The empire formed from this was known as Lunan America, After Lunan America was formed they began to build an military in secrecy under Corporate Earth's nose, In the early 27th century when SOL was at the brink of another war Lunan America made contact with The Empire and The Empire pledged allegiance to Lunan America, aka when Lunan America revolts against Corperate Earth, The Empire will back them. The final empire is The Venesian Confederation, while they're name sounds civilized they are anything but, A group of people living in industrial bunker cities on Venus, an empire of war tribes with little to no purpose but to back Corporate China for various technologies and resources The next post in this series will be about New Alexandrian as in the capital and its various districts Context: New Alexandria New Alexandria New Alexandria is the capital of The Empire and the most important location in the story, It is located in the Xanthe Terra around a crater called Orson Welles that is nearly perfectly aligned with the equator of mars, The city itself is composed of 8 craters each with a district in it connected by a circular highway, In the center crater there is a space elevator reaching upward into the sky connecting to the orbital ring.
