- Is "Funky Old School Scratch" free to use commercially?
- Yes. "Funky Old School Scratch" is free for commercial and personal use under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) — monetised YouTube videos, podcasts, games, apps, ads, streams, films and client work are all covered, with no fees, royalties or subscription. - Do I have to credit BudgetPixel to use "Funky Old School Scratch"?

- What format and length is "Funky Old School Scratch"?
- "Funky Old School Scratch" runs 40 seconds and downloads as MP3 at 44.1 kHz, with WAV on the same download button. Both formats carry the identical licence, so pick whichever your editor prefers — WAV for mastering headroom, MP3 for a smaller upload.
- Can I use "Funky Old School Scratch" in a monetised YouTube video?
- Yes. Monetised video is explicitly permitted. BudgetPixel never registers library audio with Content ID, and because this track is licensed to everyone non-exclusively under CC BY 4.0, no one can hold the exclusive rights Content ID requires. If a claim ever appears, dispute it and cite this page and its licence.
- Can I loop or trim "Funky Old School Scratch"?
- Yes. You can trim, loop, pitch, stretch, layer and process the track however your project needs. Keep the credit and note that you edited it — CC BY 4.0 asks you to indicate changes.
