How do I delete my account?

Open your profile, go to the Overview tab and click Delete Account in the Danger Zone, then confirm by typing your email. Cancel any paid plan first. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.
What happens
- Your images, videos, audio, posts, blogs, comments and follows, and your Design and Clip Studio projects, are deleted when you confirm.
- Unused credits are forfeited.
- The same email and Google or Discord sign-in can’t be used to create a new account.
Your data
The Privacy Policy explains what is kept after deletion and for how long, for example payment records kept for tax purposes. For privacy requests (such as GDPR or CCPA), email support@budgetpixel.com; BudgetPixel verifies your identity and responds within 30 days. BudgetPixel does not sell your personal information.
