How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to the Plans page, click Cancel Plan on your current plan and confirm. Your plan and credits stay active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, you won’t be charged again, and you can resume anytime before then.
Step by step
- Open the Plans page while signed in.
- On your current plan, click Cancel Plan.
- Choose a reason and continue. You may be offered a discount or a cheaper plan; you can decline it.
- Review the storage note and click Confirm Cancellation.
What happens next
- Nothing changes until the billing period ends: you keep your plan’s features and remaining monthly credits.
- You won’t be charged again. We email you a reminder about three days before the plan ends.
- When the period ends, your account moves to the free plan.
- Credits you bought or earned separately stay in your account until they expire.
If a downgrade is scheduled, undo it first: you can’t cancel while a plan change is pending.
