Can I get a refund?

No. Under the Terms of Service all sales are final: BudgetPixel doesn’t refund subscription fees, credit purchases or used credits, except where the law requires it. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and failed generations are never charged.
From the Terms of Service: “All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees, credit purchases, or consumed credits except as required by applicable law.” Credits used for a generation can’t be refunded, even if you’re unhappy with the result.
What you can do
- Cancel before your next billing date: you keep access until the period ends and aren’t charged again.
- You’re not charged for generations that fail or are blocked before they start.
- If you think you were charged by mistake, email support@budgetpixel.com before contacting your bank. The Terms ask you to contact support first.
