What happens to my credits and creations when I cancel?

Until your billing period ends, nothing changes. After that your account moves to the free plan: your remaining monthly plan credits end, credits you bought or earned stay until they expire, and your creations stay in your account under the free plan’s storage limit.
Credits
- Monthly plan credits are usable until the period ends and don’t carry over.
- On the free plan you get its monthly allowance, counted from the day your paid plan ended.
- Credit pack credits (12 months) and earned credits (2 months) keep their own expiry dates.
Creations and storage
- Your images, videos and audio aren’t deleted when you cancel.
- The free plan has a smaller storage allowance. While your files use more than it, you can’t generate new content until you delete some or subscribe again.
- Files over the free plan’s limit may be removed later, so download anything you want to keep.
