Who owns what I create on BudgetPixel?

Under the Terms of Service, you’re granted a licence to use the images you create, on your plan’s terms. For BudgetPixel Studio projects and for output from the developer API and MCP connector, BudgetPixel claims no ownership and assigns you any rights it holds. Posts you share stay yours.
- Images from the workshops: a licence to use them under your plan’s terms. What you may do commercially depends on your plan; see commercial use.
- BudgetPixel Studio: “we claim no ownership … and we assign to you any right, title, and interest we may hold in that output.”
- Developer API and MCP: any rights BudgetPixel holds in the output are assigned to you when it’s generated, subject to the model provider’s licence (Developer Terms).
- Community posts: owned by you. When you post, you give BudgetPixel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to use the content, including to promote the service and for AI training, as the Terms describe.
BudgetPixel may also use anonymized prompts and generated images to improve its models; see training.
You’re responsible for making sure what you create doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, or a person’s likeness. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
