Can I use what I create commercially?

It depends on your plan. Under the Terms of Service, the free plan is for personal, non-commercial use only; Basic allows personal use and limited commercial use; Premium and higher plans include full commercial usage rights, including commercial products and services.
- Free: personal, non-commercial use only.
- Basic: personal use and limited commercial use.
- Premium, Pro and Ultra: full commercial usage rights, including commercial products and services.
Your responsibilities
- You’re responsible for making sure your use doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights, such as copyrights or trademarks.
- Don’t depict real people without their explicit consent, and respect privacy and publicity rights.
- Output from the developer API is also subject to each model provider’s licence (Developer Terms).
