What content isn’t allowed?

BudgetPixel’s Terms of Service prohibit sexual or suggestive content involving minors, content depicting real people without their explicit consent, content depicting illegal acts against real people (such as sexual violence, incest or non-consensual acts), content that promotes hatred, discrimination or violence, and content that infringes others’ intellectual property. Many prohibited requests are blocked before generation, and blocked requests aren’t charged.

If your request is blocked
- You’ll see a message explaining why. Change your prompt or input image before trying again.
- A model’s own safety filter can also refuse an input. Try different wording or inputs.
- You’re not charged for blocked requests.

Child sexual abuse material is zero tolerance: it ends every associated account, and suspected material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as US law requires.
